Yes, ANY-maze can create heat maps of the animal’s movements, which help to highlight where it spent the most, and the least, time. Heat maps can also be generated for specific behaviours, for example, to show where the animal groomed the most.

ANY-maze can also create averaged heat maps for groups of animals – for example, one heat map for each treatment group, or one for male animals and another for females.
