To transfer your ANY-maze license to another computer, you must first deactivate the license on your current device. This guide explains how to deactivate your license and what information you’ll need to send us to complete the transfer.

Section 1

For ANY-maze versions 5+ (newer)

  1. Start ANY-maze on the computer that currently holds the license.
  2. Switch to the Support page.
  3. Select Licensing.
  4. Select Deactivate license.
  5. Read through the prompt and select Deactivate now.
  6. As the prompt states, please send the following to [email protected]:
    1. the deactivation code
    2. the serial number of this copy of ANY-maze
    3. the serial number of the copy of ANY-maze you want to transfer the license to (you can download ANY-maze to the new computer from here)
  7. We will then update our records and send you a new license.

Section 2

For ANY-maze version 4.99 (older)

  1. Start ANY-maze on the computer that currently holds the license.
  2. Select Help > ANY-maze help and support centre.
  3. Click Purchase, renew or activate an ANY-maze license.
  4. Click Deactivate on the left-hand side.
  5. Click Deactivate now.
  6. As the prompt states, please send the following to [email protected]:
    1. the deactivation code
    2. the serial number of this copy of ANY-maze
    3. the serial number of the copy of ANY-maze you want to transfer the license to (you can download ANY-maze to the new computer from here)
  7. We will then update our records and send you a new license.
