We’re looking for someone to join the ANY-maze Support team!

ANY-maze behavioral tracking software is a staple in research labs worldwide. As an integral member of the ANY-maze team, you’ll be responsible for supporting thousands of ANY-maze customers in their day-to-day use of the software and will provide a link between these scientists and the ANY-maze Development team.

The ideal candidate will be a people person, motivated and self-disciplined, and willing to co-ordinate and work with others for the benefit of the whole team. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and scientific concepts in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and over the phone. You’ll also have an aptitude for problem solving.

In this role you’ll perform a variety of functions:

• Become a technical expert at our main office in Wood Dale, IL (approximately 9 miles West of Chicago’s O’Hare airport).
• Provide all aspects of support to potential and existing clients.
• Contribute to and conduct presentations explaining the value of our software/hardware and the solutions it provides to neuroscientists, both in-person and online.

Some computer literacy is essential. Other skills that would be beneficial include a familiarity with ANY-maze and basic behavioral research (although this is not required as full training will be given).

Occasional travel will also be required; you’ll be willing to travel to client sites, and be comfortable attending trade shows and talking to scientists.
